Public pool & beach on lake with snack bar & changing lockers - mini golf - volleyball court - children play park lakeside - boat/kayak/paddle rentals - boat cruises on historic boats CGN - paragliding centre - bicycle rentals - kayak - paddle - pétanque - snack chalets & lakeside dining - ice cream….The famous Leman lakeside promenade for walking/biking to the Castle Chillon (2k) and Montreux (4k) the flat location is a great base to park (free) & walk - bike - use public transport (bus-train-boat) or simply commute (~2km to motorway A9) to visit the Lemanic arc of enchanting villages and attractions plus sports like watersports - biking - golf - skiing - horse riding - thermal baths…

The Veranda room is large and spacious with a full bed (140x200) next to a window PLUS a full sofa bed next to the veranda (divided with a privacy screen). 1 large Smart TV with wifi & 1 small Smart TV for games. DVD player with large collection of DVD. Room fans for cooling in summer & electric Fireplace to supplement heating in winter. “B&W shower/WC” is 3 steps nearby.

A sliding door opens into the LOUNGE area with sky light in the cathedral ceiling & 2 windows with views on garden - buildings - mountains - cosy space with 2 couches (1 sofa bed) for 6+ for lounging & games & reading. Large table (extensible to seat 6 comfortably) there is a Nespresso machine - hot water boiler - microwave - small refrigerator- plates - cutlery - glasses - utensils for snacking. (NO KITCHEN = NO COOKING for safety & insurance purposes). and a common sink area and the 2nd shower/wc "SKYLIGHT SHOWER-ROOM".

The 2nd bedroom door for the "2nd SKYLIGHT BEDROOM” is off the lounge & next to "skylight shower-WC room" this bedroom has a large double bed (180x200 but 2 mattresses of 90x200) with a skylight looking up to the blue sky & mountain tops. Skylight shades for black-out & cooling. Fan & underfloor heating.

This appartment is ideal for a family or friendly group of 6. However it is not safe for small children unattended due to the open veranda and stairs. Not safe for mobile restricted persons due to the stairs. The space is NOT SAFE OR EQUIPPED FOR COOKING just a microwave & refrigerator for your convenience. Town living provides all the conveniences (many restaurants - shopping - pharmacies - etc…) for your holiday stay including food deliveries. STRICTLY NO SMOKING -NOT tolerated in ANY part of the property due to severe allergies & fire safety. If you smoke this is not an option for you - thank you for respecting our rules.
