ACCOMMODATION SUMMARY:
Living Room: A stylish, spacious area featuring a two and a three-seat sofa, an LG Smart TV with DVD player, a music stereo, a Bluetooth speaker, and a good selection of books, DVD, and board games.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Modern and fully integrated with an induction hob, oven, large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a slow cooker. Includes a dining table for four and French doors leading to the patio.
Bedroom 1: A bright double bedroom with bedside tables, a dedicated dressing table, a walk-in wardrobe, and charming views to the front.
Bedroom 2: A comfortable double bedroom featuring ample fitted wardrobes and peaceful views over the rear of the property.
Shower Room: A modern suite with a large mains-plumbed walk-in shower, washbasin with electric shaver point, heated towel rail, and a toilet.
Outside Space: An enclosed, wrap-around paved patio with traditional stone walls and outdoor garden furniture.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at Chase Cottage.
Connectivity: Superfast (Fibre to the property) WiFi internet is available for guests, and mobile signal is good on all mobile networks.
Parking & Storage: Private off-road parking is provided for two cars. Shared barn storage for bicycles or canoes is available upon request.
Water Supply: The property is served by a borehole that provides water filtered through an ultraviolet filtration system and regularly tested to ensure it is safe for drinking.
Septic Tank: Waste is collected in a communal septic tank, away from the property. Please do not dispose of sanitary items or wet wipes in the toilet. Instead, use the bins provided and refrain from using cleaning products containing bleach.
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided; however, towels are not included. Please ensure you bring your own.
Family Amenities: A travel cot and a high chair are available on request (please bring your own cot bedding).
Important Rules: Smoking and vaping (including e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the property.
Local Dining: Please note, the Hare & Hounds pub is currently closed. The nearest local favourite is The Masons Arms at Strawberry Bank, located just half a mile away.
