This bright and stylish apartment facing Bermondsey spa gardens offers a comfortable London base for guests looking to stay in a well-connected yet characterful part of the city. Designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic and plenty of natural light, the flat feels welcoming, calm and practical, making it ideal for both short breaks and longer stays in Southwark.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features two well-proportioned bedrooms, each with a double sized bed. There is one modern bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower, offering flexibility and comfort. The flat is located on the second floor, providing a peaceful setting away from street level.

The living space is open plan and thoughtfully laid out, creating a sense of flow between the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Large windows fill the room with natural daylight, while recessed ceiling lighting keeps the space bright and airy throughout the year. Warm wooden flooring runs throughout, adding character and warmth to the modern design. The lounge area is anchored by a comfortable green sofa, paired with a neutral rug and simple wooden coffee table for a relaxed, homely feel. A flat screen television on a sleek glass stand creates a dedicated entertainment area without overpowering the space. Bermondsey, Southwark is one of London’s most vibrant and evolving neighbourhoods, combining historic character with modern regeneration. The area is known for its riverside walks along the Thames, converted warehouses, creative studios and independent shops. Nearby attractions include Tower Bridge and Borough Market, both within easy reach and offering iconic London sights, street food and local produce. Bermondsey Street is a particular highlight, home to a mix of galleries, cafés, restaurants and boutiques, as well as well-regarded spots such as Jose, Flour and Grape and The Woolpack pub. The neighbourhood also connects seamlessly with Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays, areas that showcase docklands history, green spaces and waterside charm, all while remaining close to the City and Canary Wharf.

Transport links from the apartment are excellent. Bermondsey Underground station is close by and served by the Jubilee line, offering fast access to London Bridge, Canary Wharf and the West End. Southwark station, also on the Jubilee line, provides additional flexibility for travel across the city. Rotherhithe station is served by the Overground, connecting you to Shoreditch, Highbury and beyond. Canada Water offers both Jubilee line and Overground services, making it easy to explore all corners of London while enjoying a quieter residential base.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
