This villa is ideal for the couple that seeks seclusion and serenity.









Rate notes

The rate also includes:



Meeting you at the port at the TAXI station at 16:15 holding a sing POIKILMA and escort you to the villa having your own car/moto.

Reverse osmosis water purification

Ozone disinfection system in the pool

Free internet access.

Twice a week villa cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels.

*** Smoking is not allowed in villa's interiors.



*** Even though there is taxi service while on the island car/moto is essential .



*** The villa has a private infinity pool and is for self-catering holidays.



Payment policy

* 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and is NON Refundable.



* Payment of the remaining 70% of the total cost must be completed 28 days prior to guest’s arrival.



* The booking is considered final after the above two payments.



* In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation



without any further obligation.







Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is not available for this rate.



The 30% deposit of the total cost is non-refundable.



If the booking is cancelled or modified within 28 days before the date of arrival or in case of no-show or earlier check-out the balance of the 70% will be charged.
