Student-only residence. Accommodation is strictly available for full-time students. Valid student ID and proof of enrolment are required at check-in.

Booking and Verification

After booking, guests must upload valid student identification and complete the guest profile through the secure verification process. Bookings may be cancelled if verification requirements are not completed.

- Our quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time we ask residents to maintain a respectful noise level.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, including all indoor common areas and individual rooms.
- For security purposes, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID (passport or driver`s license) during check-in. The name on the booking should match the identification provided.
- To ensure a safe and family-friendly environment, we enforce a strict no-party policy and have a zero-tolerance stance on the possession or use of illegal drugs.
- Guests are expected to treat the property, fellow residents, and on-site team members with respect and courtesy at all times.
- All residents must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Tampering with fire alarms or firefighting equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in severe consequences.
- Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of check-in. Individuals under 18 will not be permitted to stay at the property under any circumstances
- After confirming your booking, you`ll be required to submit your Student ID and basic personal information through our guest portal for verification purposes.
