Roslyn consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms include two doubles and a family room with two singles, one small double, an airbed, and two floor mattresses, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a garden with patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Roslyn is a fantastic base for exploring Hampshire. There is a good housekeeping bond of 350 GBP
