The Space:

We would like to remind you that it is mandatory to check-in online, prior to your arrival, by entering your data and documents via the Vikey service.

The procedure is very simple and only takes a few minutes. When you arrive, you do not have to take care of anything.



Online check-in is a prerequisite to be able to access the hotel upon arrival in total autonomy through the smart lock.





The flat consists of 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, a living area with an open kitchen and internal dining table, a bathroom with all facilities and a large private terrace equipped with every comfort and a fantastic swimming pool with solarium and garden with deckchairs.

Our double room is the room that more than any other is equipped with every comfort, ready to make you live a holiday of rest and tranquility!



Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and double memory foam pillows, ideal for relaxing.



In order to offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a large and very comfortable wardrobe with drawers and a corner for luggage.

Between the bedrooms and the bathroom you will find, in addition to the washing machine and the dryer, everything you need for cleaning the house, a drying rack and an ironing board.

The sanitary facilities consist of a comfortable windowed bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, WC, bidet and washbasin with drawers and an illuminated mirror.

The living area is characterised by minimalist furnishings that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by large French windows overlooking the terrace that allow a glimpse of the greenery.



A very comfortable three-seater Italian handcrafted sofa, upholstered in powder grey fabric with a headboard with adjustable angle, combined with a pouf that can be used as a peninsula, are placed in front of a 43" smart TV with internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube.



Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.



- KITCHEN

Essential, modern, elegant.

The space is exploited in the best way with an essential corner composition that develops vertically with the wall units arranged to exploit all the available space.



In the centre is an elegant dining table with an extendable glass top and comfortable matching black faux leather armchairs.



The steel sink and hob are integrated into the black marble-effect top.



It is equipped with modern and stylish appliances such as the total no-frost fridge with black glass doors and LED lights.



All the colour choices are made to ensure continuity between the kitchen and the rest of the living area without detracting from the brightness of the room or the overall homogeneity.



- PRIVATE TERRACE

The large private terrace has an area of about 20 square metres and extends along the whole side of the living room.



Facing west, it is overlooked by the entrance, the living area and the kitchen, which are illuminated especially during the last hours of the day.



Equipped with every comfort, it can be shaded on three sides by the fabric sun blinds.



Comfortable rattan sofas that can be assembled as desired, and a round metal dining table that can seat up to 4 people, are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation accompanied by a wonderful view of the Lugana vineyards.



- POOL (shared):

Our swimming pool (shared) is open seasonally from about mid-May to about the beginning of October (depending on the weather).



It is situated in the rear garden of the residence, which can be accessed conveniently from the main entrance.



It is set in a lovely, well-kept lawn surrounded by hedges, where you can place your sun loungers and parasols.



The sunbathing area around the pool is fenced off and equipped with life-saving devices and a sun shower.



The pool has a size of 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 90 cm to 160 cm.



Guest Access:

Wolf House has a very convenient free white-striped street parking space right in front of the flat.

The area is very quiet even during high season.



The nearest beach, "Punta Grò Beach", which can also be reached on foot, is only 500 metres away, while the more famous "Jamaica Beach" is only 5 minutes away by car.



Don't miss a visit to the castle of Sirmione entirely surrounded by the waters of Lake Garda, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the famous UNESCO heritage town of Peschiera del Garda (2km).



In the centre of Lugana (1km) you will be able to take advantage of all the services including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries and much more!



For your children, Wolf House is a real opportunity to visit the famous theme parks of Lake Garda, including Gardaland, Legoland, Gardaland SeaLife Aquarium, Movieland, Canevaworld, Medieval Times, Jungle Adventure Park, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Giardino Sigurtà, Parco Acquatico Cavour and Parco Aquatico le Ninfee and many others, which can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.



For the older ones, if you love pampering and wellness, we are 5 minutes away from the famous thermal baths of Sirmione, the Wellness centre "Aquaria". We are also 15 minutes by car from the famous "Terme di Colà" in Lazise and the "Aquardens" spa in Valpolicella.



For bike lovers Wolf House is only 150 meters from the bike path that follows the shores of Lake Garda, connecting Sirmione and Peschiera, but also the big cities like Brescia, Verona, Trento and Mantua. Try the cycle path that starts in Peschiera del Garda and runs along the river Mincio to the wonderful city of Mantua!



Services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies can all be reached in a few minutes by car or on foot.



Wolf House is located 5km from the motorway exits of Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. The Desenzano del Garda motorway exit is 10 km away.



Peschiera del Garda Train Station, which connects in 15 minutes to Verona and Brescia and in an hour to Venice and Milan, is just a 5-minute drive away.



The nearest airport (Verona) is only 25 minutes by car.
