Esmeralda is a lovely vacation home, with relaxing areas in the cool of
the garden ideal for spending time outdoors, lunching and dining al
fresco on the veranda, preparing grills at the barbecue, cooling off
when returning from the sea thanks to the outdoor shower and parking up
to two cars inside the property.
The cottage consists of dining room and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, 1 shower room.
Air conditioning cools the rooms. The windows are complete with mosquito nets and grates.

Esmeralda is located in Torre Colimena, a marina of Manduria, famous
both for its ancient watchtower and for the Salina dei Monaci, which
stretches between Torre Colimena and San Pietro in Bevagna, where pink
flamingos are stationed in some months of the year.
The area is
protected for its unspoiled nature and biodiversity, and is flanked by a
wonderful beach with high dunes and crystal clear deep blue sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Access to the rooftop not allowed.
