Salento Essentiae is a villa with swimming pool immersed in the tranquility of the Salento countryside, in Torre Suda, marina of Racale.
Ideal for those who want a vacation under the banner of the sea and relaxation, the villa has a large exclusive garden and outdoor spaces equipped with swimming pool, solarium, outdoor shower and barbecue.
The vacation villa is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito nets, fireplace, private parking, double glazing and solar system.
The kitchen is well equipped, with electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker.
Salento Essentiae accommodates up to 8 people. Pets are allowed.

villa with pool stands in a large exclusive garden of about 500 square
meters, with over 50 square meters of equipped spaces.
The pool
(4x8 m, max depth 1.3 m) is for exclusive use, elevated and flanked by a
shaded relaxation area, sun loungers and outdoor shower.
The
veranda with umbrella, table and chairs is the perfect place for outdoor
dining, directly connected with large windows, to the kitchen area.
The interior rooms are comfortable and cozy. The living area is air-conditioned, furnished with 1 double pull-out bed. Next to the living room is the kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, and complemented by 2 shower rooms.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Salento
Essentiae stands in Torre Suda, in a quiet location, away from the
chaos but very close to the sea (just 1.5 km) and all services. The
nearest sandy beach is Spiaggia del Mare dei Cavalli about 3.3 km away.
The
solution is perfect for experiencing Salento in freedom, between the
sea, relaxation by the pool and walks under the sign of the historic
centers and the food and wine excellence of the area.
 
Near
the villa there are typical restaurants, pizzerias, bars and
supermarkets. Nature lovers can explore scenic routes along the coast
and inland Salento, while those seeking culture can visit historic
villages, local markets and traditional festivals.
 
Torre Suda is a popular seaside resort for its crystal clear sea and easily accessible rocky coastline, ideal for snorkeling.
A
few minutes by car will take you to the lively resorts of Gallipoli and
Torre San Giovanni, renowned for beaches, nightlife and dining.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
