Bilo Comfort by Anima Rudiae is a cozy and comfortable new
vacation home located in the historic center of Lecce, a stone`s throw
from the ancient Porta Rudiae and all the main places of interest.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer, coffee maker and refrigerator, induction hob, electric oven, washing machine and dryer.

Anima Rudiae`s Bilo Comfort is an independent, self-contained vacation home, ideal for short stays in Lecce`s historic center.
The two-room apartment consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa, sleeping area consisting of 1 bedroom with double bed + double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.
In the room there is also a TV.

perfect solution for those who want a stay in the most authentic soul
of the city center.
Everything is close at hand: the monuments,
museums, the streets of craftsmanship but also places of everyday life
in Lecce such as the covered market, the Academy of Fine Arts, the train
station etc.
It is also ideal for those traveling without a car, as everything is also within walking distance.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic and no parking area.
