* **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
* **Quiet Hours:** Please keep noise to a minimum between **8:00 pm and 8:00 am**. **No loud music** or disruptive behaviour.
* **Respect the Space:** Be considerate of the apartment and keep all areas tidy.

🧹 Tidiness

* **Leave the apartment reasonably tidy** to avoid extra cleaning charges.
* **Used towels** must be left in the bathroom; **clean towels** should be left on the bedroom chair.
* Use **bins for all rubbish** to help keep the apartment clean.
* **Keys:** Keys must be returned to the Key Nest Drop Off point on check-out and Car permit must be returned to Kitchen Drawer to avoid charges.
