Bright studio apartment in the heart of Alfama, ideal for travelers who want to experience Lisbon in an authentic way. A functional base in the historical area with natural light, open views over the neighborhood, and everything you need to recharge after a day exploring the city. Located in a traditional building with no elevator, in one of Lisbon’s most lively and characteristic areas, perfect for independent travelers who value location, character, and real city life.

This apartment works as a practical urban retreat in the middle of Alfama’s vibrant atmosphere, ideal for guests who spend their days exploring the city and return in the evening to rest, take a shower, and reset.

Natural light fills the space through the windows, opening up to a typical Alfama view of rooftops, narrow streets, and everyday Lisbon life. The studio is compact but well organized, offering essential comfort and a welcoming feel.

Sleeping / Living Area:

The main area combines rest and functionality. The bed is comfortable (160cm x 200cm), and the atmosphere is calm and inviting after a full day walking through Lisbon. While the neighborhood is lively, the interior provides a pleasant space to unwind.

Kitchenette:

The kitchenette is simple and functional - well suited to an urban rhythm.

Building:

The apartment is located in a traditional Alfama building, accessed only by stairs. As is typical in historic Lisbon buildings, there is no elevator.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

→ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.



CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
