The space is bathed in natural light streaming through expansive windows, which open directly to the lush garden and pool area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, allows you to prepare meals effortlessly, whether a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

Each of the four bedrooms has been meticulously crafted with a sleek, modern aesthetic, providing a serene retreat for guests. These bright and airy rooms are bathed in natural sunlight during the day and equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The villa also offers 3 beautifully appointed bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite to bedrooms, with walk-in showers, a washer for added convenience, and thoughtful touches like an iron to make you feel at home. Enjoy a personalized sleep experience with our exclusive pillow bar, offering a variety of pillows to suit every preference. Choose the perfect pillow for your comfort and wake up refreshed each morning. Your restful night's sleep is our priority!

Step outside into the tranquil garden, where you’ll discover a private oasis designed for ultimate relaxation. The centerpiece is the private heated swimming pool, which can be enjoyed year-round for an additional charge of €100 per day, with a minimum use of three days. The pool area is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, inviting you to soak up the warm Greek sun. A fully equipped BBQ station and comfortable garden furniture make this space perfect for creating lasting memories. Enclosed by charming stone walls and lush greenery, the garden ensures absolute privacy, making it an idyllic haven for your stay.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property.

There is free parking for all of our guests.

Events are possible upon request.

All guests shall obey the common quiet hours.

If you wish to use the heating setting for the pool, there is a daily cost of 100€

It has a minimum use of 3 days.



Early Check-In:

€100 for arrivals between 13:00–15:45

€200 for arrivals between 10:00–13:00



Late Check-Out:

€100 until 12:00

€250 until 15:00

Full daily rate after 15:00



All options are subject to availability and only possible if they do not affect other bookings.



Please be informed that the pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday, and the gardener will come by every Tuesday and Wednesday.
