Dear Aysha, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay at Villa Dublin. We appreciate your honest review and are glad to know that you found the villa spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. We apologize for any discomfort you experienced with the beds. We understand that mattress preferences can vary widely, and we'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. We have taken note of your feedback about the narrow staircase without a rail and will be adding a hand rail to the staircase area to ensure the safety of all guests, especially children. We are pleased to inform you that during your stay, we took immediate action to improve the lighting in the pool and garden area by adding additional spotlamps, creating a more inviting ambiance. Thank you for pointing out the issue with the pool area's sharp edges. We have identified the concrete sunbed frame as the cause and have scheduled a reshaping task for all sunbed concrete frames to eliminate any sharp edges and enhance safety for our guests. We're dedicated to continuously enhancing our guests' experience and are glad to know that our staff's efforts to meet your requests were appreciated. Thank you for choosing Villa Dublin for your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with an even more comfortable and enjoyable experience in the future.

Dear Sonya, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your stay at Villa Dublin. We truly value our guests' insights as they help us refine and enhance the experience we provide. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of the villa and found the check-in process smooth and efficient. It is heartening to know that the efforts of our dedicated cleaning team stood out, and the nearby coffee shop added a touch of delight to your stay. We're also pleased that you found the location satisfactory, as we strive to offer both convenience and comfort to our guests. Even though we aim to provide versatile accommodation for all our guests, the beds we use are in line with international bedding standards. While it is not possible for us to anticipate the specific preferences of our guests regarding bed sizes or the age and other characteristics that might impact their experience, we truly value your feedback on this matter and will continue exploring options to enhance accessibility and comfort. Our garden furniture is specifically designed and selected to withstand various weather conditions, including the heavy rains characteristic of Bali. To ensure longevity and uphold the comfort and quality our guests expect, these amenities are continuously reviewed and maintained with care. We would also like to note that our listings across all platforms include comprehensive details regarding the pool size, villa dimensions, and amenities, allowing guests to have a clear and accurate understanding of what to expect during their stay. We continually strive to update and refine our property to meet guest expectations, and your feedback plays an essential role in guiding these improvements. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues you mentioned, which have already been reviewed and promptly addressed by our maintenance team. We regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations for value. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us, and your feedback will help us better align our offerings with our guests' needs. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts. It was a pleasure to host you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide a stay that exceeds expectations. Best regards, Northern Estate

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Helenka! We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and would be glad to hosting you again if you decide to come to this area.

Dear Vishal, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our villa. We value your insights and apologize for any inconveniences you experienced. Regarding the mentioned issue, we conduct treatments every two weeks to ensure water quality. We'll further investigate this to find the most effective solution. We apologize for the oversight with the kitchen cloths. Our housekeeping team typically provides them during their daily cleaning, and we'll ensure this is consistent going forward. Regarding the cracked glass panels, please be assured that they are made of tempered glass, designed to stay in place even if cracked. However, we understand your concern and have already replaced them. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Dear Han, Thank you for choosing Villa Dublin for your stay and for taking the time to leave us such a detailed review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the small details throughout your stay from check-in process, welcoming environment and the services from our staff. It's wonderful to know that these touches made you feel welcome. Further, we have taken note of your feedback on the areas for improvement. We are already in the process of evaluating the amenities provided in our villa and enhancing the variety of dish sizes to accommodate different needs. Upon reflection, it appears the drying rack's initial placement within the living room may have caused it to be overlooked. To improve convenience and visibility, we have now relocated it to the poolside area, where it will serve its intended purpose without intruding on the villa's internal aesthetics. Addressing the matter of the unwanted odor, which was coming from an area outside the villa and beyond our control, our team has acted swiftly and decisively. We have implemented enhanced sealing measures and introduced advanced drainage solutions, ensuring that such an issue will not come up again. As for Netflix, it’s ready for the next binge-watching session, having been smoothly integrated into our entertainment offerings. In recognizing the delicate balance between embracing the local wildlife and providing an undisturbed retreat for our guests, we have engaged with expert pest control services. This measure ensures the villa's serenity while safeguarding the natural beauty that defines our estate. Safety is a priority for us, so your comment regarding the pool stairs is taken very seriously, and is already addressed promptly. It's wonderful to read that despite some minor issues, you are considering to return to Villa Dublin on your next visit to Bali. We look forward to welcoming you again and will ensure your next stay is even more comfortable and enjoyable. Warm regards, Northern Estate
