This spacious 126 m² holiday villa was almost completely renovated in 2025 and is equipped with every modern comfort. It features a 3,000 m² garden with a large saltwater swimming pool. A cycling path runs alongside the property, and within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the river. All bedrooms have large beds and are air-conditioned. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this is the ideal place for families or groups looking to enjoy space, comfort and relaxation together.
Interior
Inside, you’ll find a beautifully decorated living room with an open fireplace and a small library, perfect for cosy evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious bedrooms feature comfortable beds in different sizes, from a 200x200 cm kingsize to combinations of double and single beds. Air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. With three bathrooms and two extra toilets, the villa offers plenty of privacy and convenience for all guests. All rooms are fitted with insect screens, triple glazing and shutters to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Exterior
Outdoors, you can completely unwind on the 60 m² terrace with a veranda, garden furniture and sun loungers. The 11 x 5 metre pool, 1.40 metres deep, is filled with soft salt water and fenced for extra safety.
