The property offers three spacious double bedrooms and four bathrooms, ensuring privacy and space for the whole family or guests. Another sleeping area is located in the basement and is part of an independent annex with a separate entrance.
The bedrooms in the main house are all equipped with air conditioning, as is the living room, while the annex does not have air conditioning but remains pleasantly cool.

The interiors stand out for their refined furnishings: natural materials such as solid wood blend with a contemporary ethnic style, alternating neutral tones with vibrant touches of color. Every detail has been carefully designed, giving the house a warm and authentic soul.

Outside, the villa features a private pool and a large sun deck with loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. A barbecue area with a wood-fired oven completes the outdoor space, inviting you to enjoy pleasant al fresco dinners under the stars.
