The flat comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two double-size bedrooms, with a third bedroom featuring a double sofa bed suitable for up to two children, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The property benefits from two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and handheld shower—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring London—and a second bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. Located on the ground floor, the flat offers step-free access, making it particularly suitable for guests who value easy accessibility.

Inside, the flat opens into a bright and sociable living area with a striking dark blue sofa and pops of colour woven throughout the furnishings. The colourful kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and flows seamlessly into a dedicated dining area, making it perfect for shared meals or relaxed evenings in. Holloway is a vibrant and diverse North London neighbourhood known for its lively atmosphere, independent businesses and excellent food scene. Guests can enjoy exploring local favourites such as traditional pubs like The Drapers Arms, popular eateries including Xi’an Impression and Provisions Market, or relaxed cafés and bakeries dotted throughout the area. The neighbourhood also benefits from nearby green spaces and cultural venues, with Emirates Stadium and Upper Street just a short distance away, offering shopping, entertainment and nightlife.

Holloway is exceptionally well connected, making it easy to explore the rest of London. Holloway Road Underground station is the closest tube stop and is served by the Piccadilly line, providing direct access to King’s Cross, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Heathrow Airport. Numerous bus routes also run through the area, offering convenient links across North and Central London, making this an ideal base for both leisure and business travellers.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
