The sleeping area features a brand-new UK double bed with a high-quality mattress. There is also a small double sofa bed (120 cm wide) that can accommodate a third guest—please let us know in advance if you would like this prepared.
The private studio is situated on a quiet residential street. It is south-facing, while the patio faces west, making it a great spot to enjoy the evening sunset.
Located on the ground floor, the home offers direct access to the private patio. Entry is via a shared corridor, but the studio itself is completely private.
The retro-style kitchenette is fitted with a mini fridge-freezer, a compact countertop oven with two hobs, a microwave, and a washer–dryer. The kitchen tap provides filtered, drinkable water.
A new Smart TV is provided and comes with apps such as Netflix, ready for you to sign in.
For warmer days, there is a mobile air-cooling unit with adjustable settings (this is not built-in or US-style air conditioning).

Guests will have access to the quiet courtyard.
This is a private studio apartment on the ground floor of a terraced house. After the main street entrance, the studio is located straight ahead. There is one step at the main entrance and one step to the flat.
Lockbox access is located on the premises for easy self-check in and self-check-out.
The standard room rates are for 2 people occupancy and any additional guest will be charged per night. Recommended occupancy is for 3 guests. If you would like to have more guests then send us a message.
If you are more than 2 guests then you will need the sofa bed, so make a request for it when you book. There will be an additional one-off GBP53 set up and linen charge that will be sent to you when you make the request.
If your group are 2 guests, and would like the sofa bed set up, do request and the one-time setup and linen fee of GBP53 will be sent across.
We do allow one service animal, and we use a professional cleaning company post any furry friend visit and that is why there is an additional pet fee so be sure to book them in when you reserve.
There is a £53 set-up fee for the sofa-bed, to cover linen, laundry & set up. Please note, linen is not stored at the property - requests for sofa-bed to be made well in advance. Requests made after the reservation starts requiring a second housekeeping visit will be charged at GBP95.
We have a travel cot and high-chair, subject to availability so please book well in advance.
If you are bringing a pet then do book them in because there is a fee! We only allow one pet in the flat, though do reach out to discuss further.
Parking: there is plenty of parking on the road. There is paid parking from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. After 5pm and weekends are free. Parking can be paid via the Ringo App.
