Guests can enjoy riverside walks, birdwatching and scenic views, while the charming town of Topsham is just a short walk or cycle away offering boutique shops, cafes and riverside pubs.
The living room features a large TV, 2 sofas and dining area with table chairs and bench. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave with grill and dishwasher.
