Private parking for one car, with a 2nd space available on a first-come basis. EV charger available.



The Space:

Just moments from the golden sands of Porth Beach, this stylish three-bedroom apartment offers an exceptional coastal base, with the shoreline only a 30-second stroll from your door. Modern and newly finished throughout, the apartment combines contemporary design with comfort, ideal for families, friends or couples seeking a relaxed seaside escape in Newquay.



At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, equipped with brand-new appliances, a coffee machine and a smart TV for cosy evenings in. Full-width sliding doors open from the living area onto a spacious balcony with seating, where you can enjoy views across the beach and sea – the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.



The apartment features three bedrooms. Two superking rooms offer flexible, luxurious sleeping arrangements. One benefits from a sleek ensuite bathroom and can also be made up as a twin (on request), while the other enjoys direct access to its own private balcony with seating and sea views. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a desk, making it ideal for children or those needing a small workspace during their stay.



Family-friendly touches include a travel cot and children’s dinnerware, making it a practical choice for guests with young children. Additional conveniences include one allocated private parking space, with a second space available on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available within the car park (fees apply). Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £30.



For larger groups, there are six further three-bedroom apartments within the building, including a spacious penthouse on the top floor, allowing everyone to stay close together while enjoying their own space.



The apartment is on the first floor when viewed from the front, but the ground floor when viewed from the rear. It has step-free access from the rear car park. Once inside, it's all on one level.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is exclusively for your use.



The Neighborhood:

This apartment in Porth is perfectly placed for an easy, laid-back coastal holiday, with everything you need just steps away. Porth Beach is a broad, sandy bay ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and relaxed family days, while low tide reveals rock pools that are great for exploring.



Behind the beach is an excellent choice of cafés, pubs and restaurants, all within seconds to a few minutes’ walk. The Mermaid Inn, set directly on the sand, is a popular spot for casual family meals and evening drinks. For something a little more special, Porth Beach Hotel & Restaurant and SeaSpace offer stylish dining. Roo’s Coffee is ideal for takeaway drinks and snacks, and during spring and summer, a stone-baked pizza van often appears nearby.



The South West Coast Path runs right through Porth, offering beautiful cliff-top walks with sweeping views towards Newquay and Watergate Bay. For a shorter stroll, cross the footbridge to Porth Island, a peaceful spot with panoramic sea views and wonderful sunsets.



Newquay is only a short drive or coastal walk away, home to famous surf beaches such as Fistral, a lively harbour, family attractions like the Blue Reef Aquarium, and a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants.



Heading north, Watergate Bay offers a vast sandy beach, excellent surf and dramatic Atlantic scenery. Further afield, Padstow is known for its harbour and seafood, while Crantock and Holywell Bay provide expansive, often quieter beaches and stunning coastal walks.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cornwall is easy from this apartment. For those driving, we offer one allocated parking space and an additional space on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available for your use (charges apply).



While a car is recommended to explore the area fully, you'll find excellent transport links. Newquay Airport is just a 10-minute drive away, with taxis and car hire readily available. Newquay train station is a quick 5-minute drive, offering connections across the country and throughout Cornwall, going all the way down to Penzance. Plus, convenient bus services stop right outside the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

For larger groups, there are another six 3-bedroom apartments in the building that are available for booking. Two are on each level, with a larger penthouse on the top floor.



The superking room can be made up as a twin on request only.
