Located in the heart of the Apulian countryside, between the charming white towns of Ostuni and Cisternino, this simple, delightful vacation home is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and authentic southern Italian charm.

Surrounded by a private garden filled with Mediterranean plants and colourful flowers, the house offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, ideal for families or friends who want to unwind and enjoy the slower rhythm of life. A lovely small pool invites you to cool off during warm summer days, while the surrounding greenery ensures privacy and tranquility.

The interiors are thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The house features two bedrooms: a small one with a double bed, and a larger one ideal for families, with a double bed and two single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and air conditioning, guaranteeing maximum comfort even during the hottest months.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, induction stovetop and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Just outside, a covered outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco, surrounded by nature and the scents of the Mediterranean.

Additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and private parking ensure a carefree and convenient stay, whether you are here for a short holiday or a longer break.

The location is another true highlight: a renowned winery with restaurant is within walking distance, perfect for enjoying local wines and cuisine without needing the car. Supermarkets and a variety of other excellent restaurants are just a few kilometers away, while the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast and the iconic towns of the Valle d’Itria are easily reachable.

This charming home is an ideal base to explore Apulia while enjoying privacy, comfort and the authentic beauty of the region.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 20/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
