With an area of 53 square meters, this apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's oldest and most culturally vibrant neighborhoods. Imagine narrow cobblestone streets, colorful facades, and the birthplace of Fado music. But let's be honest—Mouraria has its urban charm with a touch of authenticity, where you may encounter some of the city’s more peculiar characters.

→ Building
Located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, this is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in Lisbon’s lively energy. With bustling streets and many nearby restaurants, be prepared for some noise, especially on weekends.

Like many older buildings in this historic city, the apartment features wooden floors that add charm but can be a bit noisy when walked on.

Parking is paid, on the street, and subject to availability.

→ Bedrooms
Two bedrooms keep things cozy: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds. Bonus? Both have small balconies and electric heaters for cooler nights.

→ Bathrooms
Two bathrooms, both with showers, ensure that sharing the space is peaceful. As they are interior spaces, we recommend keeping the doors open whenever possible and airing out the apartment regularly during your stay to avoid moisture buildup (and resulting odors).

→ Living/Dining Room
The living room is compact (small, but in a cozy way!). It has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table for 4—perfect for card games at night or planning your Lisbon adventures.

→ Terrace
The 1.8-square-meter terrace is small but inviting—ideal for a quick coffee or a peaceful moment outdoors. There are no stunning views, just the sky above and a bit of Lisbon serenity. Keep in mind that the terraces are connected, creating an open and shared atmosphere.

→ Kitchen
Fully equipped for your culinary needs, the kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included).

Good to Know

Let’s be honest — this is a classic Lisbon apartment, full of charm… and a few quirks you’ll want to know before arriving:

- The apartment is in an old building with no elevator. The wooden floors add character, but they creak and can get noisy when walked on.

- You’re right in the heart of Mouraria, surrounded by restaurants, local life, and movement. It can be noisy at night, especially on weekends. It’s part of the authentic Lisbon experience. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs.

- Parking is on the street, paid, and quite limited. If you’re driving, be ready to circle around a bit.

- There’s no air conditioning. Electric heaters are available for colder days and fans for summer — but if you’re heat-sensitive, keep that in mind.

- The apartment is located at the top of a hill, with typical cobbled streets. Lisbon isn’t flat, so bring comfortable shoes and get ready for some uphill walking.

- There is construction work taking place nearby, which may cause some daytime noise on weekdays. Unfortunately, it’s out of our control — but we like to keep things transparent.

Em caso de necessidade de assistência técnica para a abertura da porta ou em caso de danos nas chaves e/ou fechadura, os custos resultantes desse serviço serão suportados pelo hóspede. Em situações de perda da chave, aplicar-se-á uma penalização.
→ A propriedade dispõe de sensores de monitorização de decibéis de ruído. Este sistema realiza uma análise avançada, garantindo ao mesmo tempo a privacidade de nossos hóspedes, pois não são utilizadas câmeras e nenhum som é gravado. Apenas os níveis de ruído são medidos, assegurando assim a tranquilidade e conforto de todos durante sua estadia.
→ Berço e Cadeira de Bebé estão disponíveis mediante solicitação e estão sujeitos a um custo adicional.
→ Em estadias iguais ou superiores a 28 dias, os consumos mensais acima de 150€ serão cobrados à parte. Ao efetuar a reserva, o hóspede concorda com estes termos.

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
