Live the real Lisbon experience in this 2-bedroom flat in Mouraria, one of the city’s oldest and most multicultural neighborhoods. Surrounded by cobbled streets, local eateries, and Fado tunes, this apartment blends comfort and authenticity, just steps from Tram 28 and major attractions.
Location:
- Located on the 2nd floor of a historic building without an elevator, this 55 m² apartment is an urban retreat in the heart of Lisbon.
- Mouraria is one of the city’s most authentic neighborhoods, full of life, history, and cultural diversity.
Bedrooms:
- 2 double bedrooms with electric heaters
- One bedroom is en-suite, offering extra privacy and comfort
Bathrooms:
- 2 modern bathrooms with showers
- As both are interior, it’s recommended to ventilate the apartment regularly to prevent humidity and odors
Living and Dining Area:
- Sofa-bed and flat-screen TV
- Dining table for 4 people
- Perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal after a day exploring the city
Kitchen:
- Fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and coffee machine (coffee not included)
- Fully equipped for both short and long stays
Terrace:
- Outdoor space with a dining table for 4, ideal for breakfast

- Street parking is paid and very limited - we don’t recommend coming by car.

- The apartment sits on a hill with traditional cobblestone streets, bring comfortable shoes.
- Construction in a nearby building may cause daytime noise on weekdays.
- Interior bathrooms require regular ventilation.
- Please note that the terraces are connected, creating an open and shared environment.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
