The space
☞ The villa offers comfortable accommodation for 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Additionally, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more guests.

☞ As our guest, with expansible folding doors you can literally ‘move walls’, so that the living room becomes part of the outside area, the pool, the garden, the BBQ, and at the same time, the outside area becomes part of your living room, with open layouts, cozy and modern design style.

☞ Our guests love sitting outside beneath the palm tree, enjoying dinner at the BBQ with a glass of wine, all while watching a 100" theater-style screen with an excellent sound system. Protected from the wind even in the cooler months they enjoy complete privacy.

☞ The villa is situated right by the beach and in the town center, so you may occasionally hear the lively sounds of bars, restaurants, festivals, and live music nearby. While this city-life ambiance is normal, we have taken thoughtful measures such as double-glazed windows to reduce noise for those who are more sensitive.

☞ For our first-time visitors to the island, please note that despite regular professional cleaning, occasional outdoor insects (such as cockroaches) may appear. This is normal in seaside climates and depends on factors like humidity, wind, temperature, and seasons, not a reflection of cleanliness. You might encounter lizards, birds, and cats as well, please respect their quiet presence.

☞ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

☞ Pool heating: A variety of natural factors influence the pool temperature: air temperature, wind, sunlight/solar radiation, and air pressure, but based on our observations, nighttime air temperature is the most impactful. As a rule of thumb in the cooler months, add about 5°C to the minimum night temperature to estimate the pool temperature.

☞ We use only high-quality bathroom consumables, cleaning products, and supplies.
