Welcome to your South London retreat — a beautifully designed one-bedroom flat in a classic Victorian conversion on one of Streatham's prettiest residential streets. Combining elegant period features with stylish modern design, this space offers comfort, charm, and convenience in equal measure.
You have an abundance of transport links on your door step with buses straight to Central London, the train station at the end of the road or the tube a short bus ride away. Enjoy the sites of London!
Step into the spacious living and dining area, where large bay windows fill the room with natural light and offer leafy views over the neighbourhood. The décor is chic and calming, with soft grey walls, warm oak flooring, and tasteful furnishings that create a welcoming atmosphere. A generous corner sofa, patterned cushions, and a sleek coffee table make this the perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV. The standout feature of the room is the striking navy built-in shelving and TV unit — both practical and a bold design statement that sets the tone for the flat’s sophisticated style.
The dining table sits in the bay window, offering a bright and airy spot to enjoy breakfast, work remotely, or share dinner while watching the sunset through the trees. The open layout gives the space a sense of flow and comfort that’s ideal for both long and short stays.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook at home, including modern appliances, cookware, and tableware. Whether you’re preparing a quick coffee before heading out or a relaxed evening meal, you’ll have all the essentials at your fingertips.
The bedroom is a peaceful hideaway with a comfortable double bed, soft linens, and plenty of storage. The neutral palette and clean design help you unwind and rest well after a busy day exploring London. The bathroom is modern and fresh, with a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and quality toiletries provided.
Located in a leafy part of Streatham, the flat is within easy reach of shops, cafés, and restaurants along Streatham High Road — one of London’s longest and most vibrant high streets. You’ll also find beautiful green spaces nearby, including Tooting Common, Streatham Common and the Rookery Gardens, perfect for a morning walk or weekend picnic.
Transport links are excellent: Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill stations are both close by, offering direct connections to London Victoria, London Bridge, and the City. Buses run frequently into Brixton, Clapham, and central London, making it easy to get around whether you’re here for work or leisure.
With its stylish décor, spacious living area, and prime location, this flat is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or professionals looking for a calm, characterful stay in London.
Guests have access to everywhere in the property
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.’
Check in and out times
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
