Located in the heart of Wimbledon - As soon as you step foot in the modern apartment, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable open-plan living area with a stunning view of the London Skyline, It is designed and decorated in a lavish manner that compliments the fantastic location of this central London neighbourhood. As you exit the living space, is where you'll discover two comfortable bedrooms, which feature 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of adventuring throughout the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner. With its prime location and homely feel, this space is perfect for short or extended stays in central London.

Access & Transport:
- About a 2–3 minute walk to Wimbledon Park Underground Station - just off Arthur Road giving you access to the District line. 
- A short walk (≈ 10–12 minutes) brings you to Wimbledon Station, which offers National Rail & Thames link services - ideal for fast connections across London and beyond.
- Multiple bus stops (e.g. Wimbledon Park / Arthur Road (H)) are just around the corner - making local travel by bus very easy. 
- From Wimbledon Station / the District line you get direct and frequent connections to Central London and many other areas, making commuting or exploring the city straightforward.

Guest access
You will use the entire apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom - no sharing. The flat is located on the first floor (1 x flight of stairs to climb) - and we are very sorry we don't have elevators!

Door Lock Codes: The lock box code to access the main building door and apartment door keys is changed at every check-out. You will receive the personal code one day before your arrival.

The door code is exclusively for you to access the building door and your apartment, please do not share it.

Other things to note
Guest Number:
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guest on the reservation, please ensure you enter the correct guest number.

ID request:
Photo ID could be required before arrival to prevent fraud. Since the apartment has self-check-in, this helps ensure the safety of all guests in the building. To help make your experience smooth and enjoyable, please take note of the following:

Late Check-In / Check-Out
We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when requested in advance, subject to availability. An additional fee applies - please reach out to our team for more details.

Luggage Drop-Off
We can hold your luggage for a short period on the day of check-in or check-out (between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM) for a small fee. Kindly arrange this in advance.

Bedding Arrangements
Bedding is provided based on the number of guests on the booking. If you require additional bedding, please inform us before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly. Requests made after check-in may incur an extra charge.

Quiet Hours & No Parties
We kindly ask guests to respect our quiet hours and avoid loud music or parties, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents in the building.

Key Security
Please take care of the keys during your stay. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.

Just a gentle reminder that you’ll be staying in a home rather than a hotel, so we kindly ask that you treat the space with care. If anything comes up, we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible - though our team isn’t on-site around the clock. Thank you so much for your understanding!

The entire building is a Smoke-free area. A cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if smoking is detected.
