The apartment has an inverter and offers a spacious open plan lounge, dining room and well-equipped kitchen that opens up to a large patio, providing you with those perfect views of the ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island. The sunset from this impressive Penthouse is picturesque, providing you with a jaw-dropping view. The property has an inverter installed.
The Penthouse includes 3 generous and luxurious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite and a smart TV with access to DStvNow and Netflix. All 3 bedrooms have built-in cupboards and air-conditioners to ensure a comfortable stay any time of the year. The main bedroom has an Extra Length King Size bed, the second bedroom an Extra Length Queen Size bed and the third bedroom 2 x Extra Length ¾ beds, ensuring luxurious sleeping comfort.
The sizeable master bedroom is pampered with sea-facing views and also leads out onto the entertainment patio which is comprised of a gas braai, sun lounge chairs and an outside dining table to enjoy a braai with your family and friends. Each room in the Penthouse is stylishly decorated, making each one of them as beautiful as the last. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your convenience. An indoor dining table, which is able to seat up to 6 guests and the cosy lounge is equipped with a smart TV with access to DSTV, Netflix and Showmax.

It is guaranteed that you have the best of everything with the beach promenade being just 200m away. Seaside Village puts you at the centre of a thrilling beach getaway. Bloubergstrand and its beach-centric lifestyle is just a short drive away and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. A renowned beach is close by to keep you cool after a warm day of sightseeing. The Cape Town CBD is a 30-minute drive away while the wild West Coast is just an hour’s drive away. Discover trails off the beaten path, meet friendly locals and tourists and enjoy the natural beauty of what the coast has to offer. No matter the time of the season for your getaway, Bloubergstrand offers a myriad of ways for you to enjoy yourself with your guests.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
