The flat sleeps up to three guests and includes an allocated parking space, making it ideal for couples, small families, business travellers, or longer stays. It is a 6 to 7 minute walk to Colindale Station, with direct links to Central London. The RAF Museum, local shops, cafés, and everyday amenities are all within walking distance, offering a comfortable and convenient base for your stay.
The apartment features a bright and inviting living area with a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed, making it perfect for additional guests without compromising on space. The living room is ideal for relaxing after a day in the city, enjoying a quiet evening, or working remotely.
The separate bedroom offers a cosy double bed with fresh linens and ample storage, providing a calm and restful retreat. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, stocked with towels and essentials to ensure a smooth stay.

Please note there is an additional charge of £25 per night for extra guests using the sofa bed once occupancy exceeds 2 people.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
