This bright, first-floor two-bedroom apartment offers a calm and practical base in Aberdeen. It includes a comfortable living room with smart TV and dining space by the window, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine and coffee machine, and two double bedrooms prepared for proper rest. The bathroom features a full-size bath with overhead shower. With ultra-fast Wi-Fi, free on-street parking nearby and a quieter residential setting close to Duthie Park, the apartment is well suited to work trips, university visits, family stays and longer visits.
Guests have exclusive use of their own private first-floor apartment, which is one of two separate, self-contained apartments on the first floor of the building. The flat is entirely private and includes the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, both bedrooms, and the bathroom. There are no shared spaces inside the apartment. Access is via the main building entrance, with the apartment located on the first floor. The apartment is arranged to provide privacy and minimal disturbance during your stay. We offer contactless self check-in up until 11:00 pm, which works well for guests arriving after work, travelling from outside Aberdeen, or dealing with changing schedules. Check-out is also self-service and available up until 10:00 am on the day of departure. We respect guests’ privacy and won’t intrude during your stay, but we’re always accessible if needed.
