While The Old Smithy spans three floors, the living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for eight, a sitting room with TV, and a lower-ground-floor games room with washing machine and pool table. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, one with en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels are included. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, with a third one allowed on request. Sorry, no smoking.
