This 3 bedroom house sits just outside the centre of Kirkwall, offering a quiet and peaceful location within reach of the main street of Kirkwall where you will find local shops, pubs, bowling, arcade fun, restaurants and must see sights such as St Magnus Cathedral, The Orkney Museum and Earl's Palace

The travel centre is near by, providing links to the rest of the island should guests wish to explore further afield, and the outer isles ferry service is around a 15 minute walk should guests wish to take a day trip to one of Orkney's outer isles.

Also just a 5 minute walk away is the world famous Highland Park Distillery - the visitor centre very popular with visitors to the island. If you are a whisky enthusiast, we highly recommend a visit here.


The house itself has been tastefully decorated and has a brand new kitchen, well equipped with high standard cookware to meet all your cooking requirements. Featuring an electric hob and oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine and more - you are sure to find everything you need. The dining table seats 4, with spare seats available to make it up to 6 if required.

The bathroom is also new - with a heated towel rail, walk in rainfall shower and plenty of storage for belongings.

The bedrooms feature quality beds, providing a very comfortable nights rest after a busy day exploring Orkney. Each room has a smart tv, ample storage and is beautifully presented. Cosy interior and black out curtains.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, complete with smart TV and a versatile work space for those who may wish to travel for work, those who may like to sit and journal at the end of the day or browse the web on laptop. A large window provides lots of natural light into the room.

The property also features a sheltered back garden, which guests can enjoy. A perfect sun trap to enjoy. You might be lucky enough to view the Northern Lights!

The property offers ample parking for 2 vehicles, on our tarmac driveway.
