Majestic Sun 804B -

This comfortable and luxurious two bedroom condo offers amazing views and easy access to the beach. The bright and beachy style is sure to remind you that you are on that long awaited beach vacation. Upon entering you will notice the nicely decorated living area which has a large comfy sofa and two arm chairs all located around the custom beachy themed armoire which contains a flat screen TV for evening entertainment. You can access the private balcony through the large glass sliding door that is connected to the living area. You will also find the glass topped dining table from which you can see out the balcony door and have a meal while overlooking the beautiful emerald hues of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen features beautiful black granite counter tops and has an eat-in bar with seating for four guests. The King Master Suite has balcony access and beautiful beach views. You will have your own en suite bathroom with this bedroom. The guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed which is great for the kids and could also accommodate adults if needed.

Eighth Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Queen/Twin Bunk and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. All reservations submitted online are a request until receiving an email confirmation from Ocean Reef Resorts. There was plumbing issues and it was a 50/50 chance on whether or not the toilet would flush properly. The place was very nice and clean! A perfect getaway!

Great time

We had a great time. The location to the beach was great with the added bonus of having a gift store and ice cream shop on site. We love Miramar Beach. This year was extra crowded for the 4th of July, but that’s to be expected. Great time, as always!

Family trip to Destin

Really enjoyed this condo. The perfect place to stay in colder weather as the indoor pool is heated, large and very nice. Great location with a beautiful view!

Great property, best location!

We are a family of four, with two kids under 12. We had a great vacation. The location could not have been better, right on the beach (across the street). The views are excellent from the master bedroom and living room, with access to balconies facing the ocean. Even on a foggy day or a cold rainy day, the indoor pool was a saving grace. Close to water sports activities. Close to the departmental store (1 mile). Gas station and convenience store next door. Highly recommended.

Great View and Location!

Great view and location! Some renovation work had been done to the place but the pictures don't represent it. Update your photos (I like the look of the old place better. Everything is white now...kind of sterile looking). For God sake, REPLACE THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR! I can't say how frustrating that was. I'd give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for that. Other than the door, this is a great place. Very big, kitchen had a lot of supplies, etc.

Great Stay

The property was clean and you can't beat the view from the balcony. There was a Keurig and a regular coffee pot in the kitchen. Plenty of extra bath towels provided at check in. As advertised, you only need to bring beach towels. Able to check in/out on my phone with ease. I may have missed this in the welcome email, but it would be nice if detailed directions were given from the parking garage to the condo. The parking garage has a pedestrian bridge connecting to the third floor of building A but no directions on how to get to building B from there. You can turn right when you come off the pedestrian bridge and walk on the outside walkway all the way over to the 3rd floor elevators of building B. It's a long haul with a lot of bags/luggage so get a cart in the lobby. The trash chute and elevators are very close but not close enough to hear the noise from either. Would definitely stay here again especially for future events at The Cove.

Beautiful View, Great location, Poor Ventilation

You cannot beat this view. Second time staying at Majestic Sun, first time in this unit. Beds and pillows were great, kitchen had all you could need, and the bonus was a beach umbrella stored in the closet. We also left two additional beach chairs. We did have concerns with the vent in front bedroom, looked like black mold. The property management quickly responded, came and cleaned what they described as mildew. There are some ventilation issues; the temp in the unit is set to 74, they ask to leave the sliding doors closed but have little control to make it cooler. Condo felt damp. Although we would opt to get the fresh air and sounds from the gulf, we followed the suggestions. Our clothes and towels wouldn't hang dry, they were all still damp, mildewy smells. Sliding doors are extremely difficult to open but totally worth the elbow grease! The view!! All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Disappointing

One hour before arrival I received a phone call the AC and living room door would not open. When we arrived the bedroom door would not open. I called after hours service and never heard back. When I checked out I requested a compensation credit and just received a call that they sent maintenance and the door opened so no compensation!! The door would not open to the balcony which is why we chose this property and one week later Maintenace is able to open the door so no compensation adjustment!! Very disappointed in lack of service. After speaking with other guests it seems to be how this property is handled so not sure why I expected anything different

Majestic Sun Beauty!

The Majestic Sun is a beautiful property and in a great location directly across the street from the beach. Vrbo made it easy to book, check-in and out and communicate with the property managers. The cleanliness of the outside of the property could have been better, swiping of sidewalks and emptying trash cans by the front doors would have made it alot nicer to look at. The condo 804b is very nice, just as the pictures show.

Deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint needed.

The condo needs some touch ups with paint, and a magic eraser would do wonders. The place Was overall clean but looked dirty just from scuff marks and stains on the wall. The kitchen cabinets need a good cloroxing as they we’re not clean. I wiped them Down myself as well as cleaned out the silverware tray. There were even plastic cooking utensils put away with dried food still on them. We had three teen girls in the second small bedroom which was tight. Top bunk was close to ceiling fan so we were afraid to run it at night. All the mattresses were very loud. Overall not a bad place to stay but probably would not rent this unit again.

Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed this property at the Majestic Sun. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of linens. There was no parking pass in the room, but after a quick call, it was promptly brought to our room. Some updated balcony furniture would be welcome, but overall a wonderful property!
