Welcome to our superb, and unique property in Shrewsbury – a spacious 6-bedroom home - to sleep up to 12. Just a 15-minute walk / 2 minute drive to the town centre, offering stylish comfort, space and a great location for work or leisure stays.
It has been renovated to the highest standard and furnished with super-comfy pocket-sprung mattresses in all bedrooms.
Enjoy a large kitchen/dining area, perfect for gatherings, featuring two Smart TVs.
Private parking is next to the house for 3 cars.
With provisional photos pre-launch. A full photoshoot will be uploaded on Wednesday the 14th of January.
Welcome to 58 Ann's Hill near Shrewsbury's medieval town centre. The house is one quarter of a large historical development built in 1790 and this fabulous property has been renovated to a high standard and includes a unique kitchen / dining space for all of your friends, family or co-workers to get together.
Hosting 6 elegant bedrooms, featuring furniture from the exclusive Coach House collection, including 3 pocket-sprung double beds and 3 king size beds.
Downstairs will easily seat 12 guests between a central island unit in the kitchen and separate lounge seating in front of a large LG Smart TV.
(Please note, a maximum of 9 guests can be seated in the kitchen area)
We also have the added benefit of toilet facilities on each of the 3 floors with bedroom accommodation. Two bright and airy bathrooms on the first and second floors, one with a shower over the bath, and the other with an enclosed walk-in shower unit.
There is also a handy WC on the ground floor level which can be accessed by two of the bedrooms on the same floor.
Amenities
Large kitchen diner with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and large fridge freezer, with lots of crockery, glasses and kitchenware.
Fancy a night in? We have two LG Smart TV's situated in the kitchen / diner / lounge area for watching sports, music concerts or a good old film!
Comfortable beds, 3 kings and 3 doubles to give you a good night's sleep.
Guests have access of the whole house, including 4 floors and a shared gravel outdoor parking area
The property is located off St Michael's Street which is a main road into Shrewsbury town. You may be aware of passing traffic and pedestrians, although the traffic speed restriction is 30 miles per hour. We trust that this won't detract from your five-star experience with us.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
