This peaceful 76 m² holiday home is perfect for relaxing stays close to the water. From both the terrace and the living area there are sea views over the Little Belt, creating a special atmosphere throughout the day. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 6 sleeping places.
The kitchen is new and open to the TV and living room, making togetherness a natural part of daily life. The wood-burning stove adds warmth on cooler days, while underfloor heating in both kitchen and bathroom ensures year-round comfort. A large loft is ideal for older children.
The interior is functional and welcoming, focusing on shared experiences and tranquillity. The three well-sized bedrooms provide space for family and friends, and the layout suits both short breaks and longer holidays.
The surrounding area is characterised by peace, nature and proximity to the sea. The child-friendly beach is only 200 metres away and invites swimming, beach activities and walks along the shore.
The Little Belt offers beautiful views, changing light and rich wildlife, making the area appealing all year round. There are excellent opportunities for cycling, excursions and relaxed coastal living at a slower pace.
