The interiors of Villa Tre Colonne are designed to combine rustic elegance and modernity, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV, while the angular fireplace offers a cozy retreat during cooler evenings. The typical Tuscan kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, with a large integrated fireplace that adds to the charm. The dining area, with a ceramic stove, adds a touch of warmth and intimacy, while the windows offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

Upstairs, the bedrooms provide an oasis of tranquility, each with its own private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, while the third has two separate beds, making the villa ideal for groups of various sizes. The villa also has a spacious tavern, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, another sitting area with a beautiful fireplace, and a 45-inch TV. For guests' entertainment, there is also a ping pong table and a dedicated area for children's games.

swimming pools are closed in winter, low and mid season. In low and mid season could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request.
The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to arrival date to open and 2 weeks to heat the swimming pools. Services are not
available for last minute bookings (less then 3 weeks before arrival).
