Each maisonette features an open-plan living area on the ground floor, bright and airy, with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy indoor fireplace that adds warmth and character. Upstairs, each unit offers a serene bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Altogether, the property provides two living rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, allowing guests to enjoy shared moments while still having personal space. Outside, the private pool and lush garden are exclusively available to guests, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying peaceful evenings in a natural setting. Within Finiq itself, guests can easily explore the ancient archaeological remains of Phoenice Archaeological Park, just minutes from the maisonettes, where Hellenistic ruins and a theater offer a fascinating glimpse into the area’s past.
About 11 km from Finiq lies Sarandë Beach, a sandy and lively shoreline with panoramic views of the bay, while Lëkurësi Castle, also roughly 11–12 km away, overlooks Sarandë and provides sweeping vistas of the sea and surrounding hills.
