This fabulous apartment is located in a prime area of Albufeira Marina, with spectacular views of the marina and pool. The Marina is a vibrant and lively place, with many restaurants, bars and shops. There are many activities to do, such as boat trips, diving, fishing, bowling and karting. This complex has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FREE Private parking space with direct access to lift & FREE Wi-Fi. No bookings from under 25's.
The space
This cozy apartment has one double bedroom, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a south facing balcony, overlooking the swimming pool and the spectacular Marina. No groups of teenagers, young adults, stag or hen parties.
Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the apartment, accessed through a private entrance within the building or through the garage. Access also to swimming pool.
Other things to note
- Touristic Tax Albufeira: between the 1st of April and the 31st of October, the council of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per night for those over 12 years old, up to a maximum of 7 days. A link will be sent for this purpose so that you can proceed with this payment.
- Sleeps 4.

- Cot €30, highchair €15, pushchair €10 per week.
- Baby Bouncer FREE
- Balcony railings can be climbed and may be unsafe for 2 – 5 year olds.
