Inside, the light-filled living area features a well-equipped kitchen with full oven, a comfy sofa perfectly positioned to soak in the views, and a TV for laid-back evenings. A smart dining table invites you to savour your culinary creations, while the ingenious fold-down wall bed effortlessly transforms the space into a spacious, serene bedroom. The sleek bathroom is another highlight, with a curved glass shower cubicle and quality finishes that echo the lodge’s high design standards. Step outside to your private, slightly elevated veranda, a peaceful perch for morning coffee, leisurely lunches, or sipping wine beneath the stars as the landscape fades into twilight. Every inch of Valley View has been thoughtfully considered to blend comfort, style, and functionality, making it the perfect countryside escape for couples seeking something a little special.
Venture away from the park and discover Golitha Falls, a delight beneath it’s own micro climate, with uphill trails to uncover as the River Fowey starts to fall beneath you. Carnglaze Caverns offers an atmospheric subterranean experience whilst the Minions is amongst some of the highest moorland, with stunning vistas and where crumbling engine houses whisper tales of a once-thriving mining past.
When the coast calls, the charming fishing ports of Looe and Polperro are just a short drive away, once infamous for tales of smuggling in the moonlit night. Golden beaches and the dramatic cliffs of Whitsand Bay, Downderry, and Seaton await discovery, whilst the world-renowned Eden Project, historic Charlestown and Lost Gardens of Heligan are all within a short drive.
The ancient stannary town of Liskeard is worth exploring and where you can hop on a train towards St Austell on the beautiful Looe Valley Line or head east towards Plymouth, the historical naval city with it’s vibrant waterfront, full of bars, restaurants and pubs. Beach 10 miles.
