Welcome to My Fiorella Apartment, a modern and elegant apartment in Terni, Umbria — the green heart of Italy.
Perfect for short and mid-term stays, it combines comfort, high-quality services and contemporary design, offering a unique experience in a strategic location.

The apartment has been recently renovated and features a bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed, a quiet and comfortable double bedroom with a standard-size bed and memory foam mattress, a fully equipped modern kitchen, an elegant bathroom with walk-in shower and high-quality Made in Italy ceramic fixtures, and finally a livable balcony — perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing moments.
Every space has been carefully designed and finished down to the smallest detail. All furnishings and equipment are brand new, and the apartment is fully electric (no gas), ensuring maximum safety and comfort.
Technology & Amenities
All appliances and amenities have been selected from recognized and certified quality brands to guarantee a reliable and efficient stay.
Lighting in the main rooms is fully customizable in both color and intensity, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere at any time of day.

The apartment is located in one of the best-served areas of Terni. Less than 50 meters away you’ll find one of the largest supermarkets in the city, as well as many bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
The historic city center is just a 5-minute walk away (500 m), the train station is 1.5 km away, while the hospital can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the Marmore Falls in 10 minutes (7.5 km).
Narni’s historic center is a 20-minute drive away. Bus stops for the main city lines are located right across the street, and within 10 minutes by car you can easily access major road connections toward Rome, Florence, Spoleto, Assisi and other destinations.
At the base of the building there is a large free parking area, also equipped with two electric vehicle charging stations, as well as a small park for relaxing walks.
