A well-presented two-bedroom house, sleeping up to four, located within the desirable Harbourside Park, a short walk from Poole Quay, Poole Town and all its facilities. Waterside Park public boat slipway is just a short distance away.
Open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, with access via the rear doors to the private, south-facing sunny patio. Stairs leading up to the 1st floor with Master Bedroom (4ft 6ins double bed), second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, toilet and electric shaving point). Lockable space for two bikes available in a storage unit to the rear of the property.
Parking - There is one dedicated parking space to the front of the property.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology – Flat screen 40" TV with Blue Ray and freeview, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen - Ceramic Hob, Oven, undercounter Fridge, undercounter Freezer, Microwave and Washer / Dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
