A unique property in a popular London neighborhood, The property offers space, luxury and modern fittings to create a comfortable stay for families, groups of friends or business trips alike. Built over three floors, there is three bedrooms (1 x Double, 1 x King, 1 x Super King) , a study room, three bathrooms and a W/C. A fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room with a washer/dryer, and a large living/dining room that leads to a private terrace and garden room.
Built over three floors:
Top floor: Entry way leads on to the study, a coat closet, the first double bedroom with it's own balcony and beautiful arched window, and bathroom with walk in shower.
Middle floor: One double en suite bedroom with walk in shower and a small outdoor space and the master bedroom with the signature arched window and en suite with free standing bathtub.
Ground floor: Fully fitted kitchen with top of the range oven, stove and dishwasher, utility room with washer/dryer and a W/C. A large living/dining area with floor to ceiling windows onto a private patio area and into a garden room for additional seating.
