GS Vacation's del Golfo Home is a charming property located in Castellammare del Golfo, just steps from the vibrant historic center, filled with restaurants and nightlife. The house extends over three floors, offering well distributed spaces and comfort for an unforgettable stay.On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming kitchen living area, complete with a comfortable double sofa bed and a full bathroom with shower and washing machine for maximum convenience during your stay.Upstairs, you'll discover the sleeping area. Here, a first room features a bunk bed, ideal for extra guests or families with children. Further along, you'll find the master double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.Finally, on the third floor, a splendid panoramic terrace awaits. This space offers breathtaking views and is tastefully furnished, equipped with a table for outdoor dining, sofas for relaxing, and even a barbecue for unforgettable barbecues. Please note that during the month of August, the terrace is shared, while during the other months it is for the exclusive use of our guests, ensuring privacy and tranquility.This property is ideal for those who wish to immerse themselves in the authentic atmosphere of Castellammare del Golfo and enjoy all the comforts of a welcoming and well equipped home, with the opportunity to experience unique moments on the magnificent panoramic terrace.


Other things to keep in mind

You will be required to show identification upon arrival. A tourist tax of 1.50 per night is payable upon arrival for a maximum of 6 nights. Children under 14 are exempt. For monthly reservations, utilities (electricity and water) are payable separately and will be calculated based on the current rates. Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests have access to the entire building and the terrace, which is shared only during the month of August. From the ground floor you access the first floor (with a connecting double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bunk bed) via a stairwell shared by the owners in the month of August only.The hot tub will be open from April to November. It is not included in the price and carries an additional charge of 20.00 per night outside of August. During August, the terrace will be shared and guests can use the hot tub free of charge. The hot tub is available daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
