This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in the Northern Quarter. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is occasionally public street parking available on surrounding streets near to the building - charges may apply. Manchester Piccadilly Station is around 10 minutes walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. This property has no elevator - you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.



Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.
