Disclaimer: Please note that the hosts have a cat that stays in the property when they are in residence. The balcony is located on the 7th floor. The hanging chair is not suitable for unsupervised use by children. Children must be supervised at all times when on the balcony. Use of the chair is at your own risk.
The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two stylish bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The principal bedroom features a sumptuous super king sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for guests or flexible living. One bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower and the other a shower over bath. Located on the seventh floor with lift access, the flat enjoys privacy, light and impressive elevated views.
The expansive open-plan living space is the true heart of the home. Natural light pours in through full-height windows, enhancing the warm timber flooring and bold yet refined décor. The contemporary navy and white kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a perfect setting for relaxed evenings or entertaining. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
