Newly refurbished this modern and bright ground floor apartment is a very comfortable home away from home when visiting Galway. Tucked in off the road in a quite location this apartment offers free parking spaces and you can walk or catch a bus right outside to the city centre. There is a shopping centre just a short walk away and the apartment location offers easy access to Connemara, Spiddal and Aran Islands.
Apartment is in a quiet development - no parties of any type are permitted or tolerated.
Large sofa with double sofa bed (140cm) in sitting room.
Kitchen, living room and dining area are in one spacious room with very large window and door out to balcony with small table and chairs.
Kitchen off sitting room with breakfast bar, dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, microwave etc.
Bathroom with large walk in shower toilet and basin.
2 double bedrooms - 1 with super king sized bed and ensuite bathroom; 1 with two single beds.
1 ensuite bathroom/shower room (walk in shower) off king sized double room.
Parking is right in front of the apartment with only a few paces to the entrance.
Apartment door is 3 paces from the front door.
There is one step up to the front door to the apartment block.
Entry via a smart lock entry system.
