We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and utensils upon checkout, and separate waste and dispose of it.

A welcoming ground-floor apartment with a delightful, slightly raised terrace. The interior is cool and comfortable, featuring charming exposed beams that lend a warm and authentic atmosphere.
The living area features a kitchen with a gas stove (please note that the oven is not available), a dining table, a TV, and a single sofa bed, perfect for hosting an extra guest. The double bedroom is bright, with double windows providing plenty of natural light.
The bathroom is complete with a shower, bidet, and washing machine, ideal for longer stays.
Perfect for couples or small families seeking a quiet and authentic stay, just steps from local amenities.

Location Information:
- Near the Tourist Dock, in a cool and quiet area away from the main square.
- The apartment is on the ground floor, but there is a small staircase in the alley. We do not recommend this accommodation for guests with mobility issues.

Important Notes:
- Groups of children under 21 are not permitted.
- The oven shown in the photo is not usable.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Deposit (mandatory): €150.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels are not included: they can be added for €20.00 per person (request at time of booking) or you can bring your own; they cannot be booked on-site.
