Situated in the seaside suburb of Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, lies this
delightful ground floor 2 bedroom apartment, accommodating up to four
guests. The apartment exudes relaxation, comfort and convenience, with
everything you need at your fingertips or within a short distance from
your location.
The living space invites guests to enjoy the lounge area with plush
seating and a flat screen TV, where you can kick up your feet and enjoy
your favourite TV shows. Alongside the lounge is an intimate dining
space seating four guests comfortably where all your favourite meals
may be enjoyed. The fully equipped kitchen includes all your culinary
necessities as well as a dishwasher and washing machine for your
convenience.
The well appointed bedrooms offer a peaceful space for ultimate rest
featuring a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom in one bedroom and
two single beds with a shared bathroom for the second bedroom. Both
bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and basin with all you
linen and towels provided with your stay.
Guests may venture out and make the most of the surroundings by
experiencing well-known restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping
malls, grocery stores, and exquisite beaches. The apartment is also
within walking distance of the beach, perfect for a relaxing day by the
ocean ensuring an unforgettable stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
No excessive noise is permitted. Noise levels must be reduced after 22:00, and strict quiet hours are enforced between 23:00 and 07:00. Failure to comply may result in a fine.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 88 Coral Road, Bloubergstrand, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
