Here you are renting an entire property of approximately 5,000 square meters above Torre Vado in southern Apulia, with fantastic views of the Ionian Sea, about 1.5 km away.

The property comprises three accommodation units, offering space for up to 11 people:

A main villa of a high standard with three bedrooms (one double, one with a 120 cm wide single bed, and one with two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed), a shower room, and a toilet.

Two small stone houses, each with a double bedroom (one of which also has a sofa bed for up to two people) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The main villa also features a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool, garden, and sea, as well as a fitness room in the basement (see photos).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, moka pot, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

All bedrooms (including those in the two smaller buildings) are air-conditioned.

A highlight is the approximately 10x4m private pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. The garden is also for your exclusive use and features an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill.

The house includes a private washing machine and free, high-quality Wi-Fi. Ample parking is available on the property.

The nearest sandy beaches are in Pescoluse (e.g. Posto Vecchio), about 2 km away. The nearest touristic harbour is Torre Vado (approx. 1.5 km), where you will also find several shops and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is in Morciano di Leuca, also about 2 km away.

Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 12/02/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
