Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, elegant, bright and spacious. Equipped with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to enjoy a magnificent stay. You will be in Campo de Ourique and close to Principe Real, one of the most beautiful, familiar and convenient areas of Lisbon, with its many stores, cafes and restaurants everywhere. The Rato subway is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment, making it easy and carefree to get around the city center.

￫ Building
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with desk and balcony and the other with air conditioning and walking closet.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room is an open space with a dining table, has a flat screen TV, a cozy sofa and air conditioning.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dining table.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
- In the case of stays of less than 7 days, with the booking confirmation, the guest authorizes the owner's access to the apartment's kitchen on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons to deliver cleaning material or bed linen. The guest can request in advance to deliver such materials to be delivered on another day/time.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Based on our guests' consumption history, we calculate that 6 kWh per day of electricity consumption is sufficient to respect the environment and enjoy maximum comfort in all seasons. Therefore, 6 kWh per day are included in the price. Any consumption above this will be charged at the market price (€0.25/kWh) at the end of the stay via Airbnb as an extra payment.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
