Works DO NOT cause loud noise, dust or inconvenience to the guests apart from the restricted view in 2 bedrooms.
It’s a well refurbished 3 bedroom flat suitable for groups up to 7 people (4 beds and 1 airbed) on 2nd floor of a historical building built in 19th century, that used to be a hotel.
Pluses that come with it - high ceilings, large windows, lots of light. Minuses - single glazed large windows, which are not easy to change. They don’t protect guests from street noise in the same way as plastic - you may need ear plugs if you're sensitive sleepers.
The flat is very warm even in winter - we have good heating and all windows are south facing ensuring lots of light. We have 2 spacious DBL bedrooms , one of them is en-suite, and 1 small single room with a heavy industrial bunk bed, suitable for adults.
The flat is fully equipped with new white goods, we provide all necessary linen and toiletries.
Free parking can be found in Dean park area (8-10 min walk) or Richmond Gardens multi-storey garage 2 min walk just £14 per 24hrs.
